暖笠笠社區計劃：兩代廚房
「廚房最難忘的回憶，是我們幾兄弟姊妹飯後一邊洗碗，一邊閒話家常。」── 箏（參展長者）廚房總能凝住時間和記憶，保留了不同世代和口味的故事，是兩餐溫飽之源，亦是個能輕易連結各人的空間。
在「暖笠笠社區計劃──兩代廚房」， 油街實現與計劃伙伴張艾渟敞開油街廚房門口，邀請長者以不同身份如資深前輩、銀髮料理師和銀髮藝術家等，與大家前來交換食譜、準備食物、分享故事，同時，透過文字、繪畫和創作，邀請參加者在餐桌上，一同以新視點感悟五味紛陳的人生滋味，編織對未來生活的新想像。
歡迎來「兩代廚房」，借長者的一雙眼睛，細閱那些經過時間和經歷醃漬而成的故事

Cozy Community Project: Generations Kitchen
“The most unforgettable moment in the kitchen are the small talks we, the brothers and sisters, have while washing the dishes after dinner.” — Jane (project participant)
Kitchens have a unique ability to capture time and memories, as they preserve stories of people of different generations and tastes. They serve as a connecting space, bringing individuals together and satisfying human needs.
In “Cozy Community Project: Generations Kitchen”, Oi! has partnered with Zip Cheung, the project collaborator, to open the doors of the kitchen and engage seniors in different roles, like chefs and artists. Through exchanging recipes, preparing food and sharing stories, the project weaves together a tapestry of words, drawings and creations, fostering connections and interactions. Our aim is to encourage participants to perceive the flavours of life from fresh perspectives, while envisioning new possibilities weaving together new visions for their own lives. Together, let’s step into the kitchen, gather around the dining table and explore the diverse flavours of life.
Welcome to visit the “Generations Kitchen”, a place where stories have simmered and shaped over time, offering a glimpse into the rich experiences seen through the eyes of the seniors.

【O! What if…Ideas Bank】 你有過「如果___就好了。」的想法嗎？你會把這些想法埋藏心底、忘記得一乾二淨，還是實現出來？
油街實現邀請啟民創社整理超過1,000個、源自長與幼以至不同年齡層的公眾的「如果___」點子，精選當中100個社會創新意念，促成是次「如果___點子庫」計劃，蒐集大家於日常生活中的片刻渴望。
油街實現位於北角舊區，於每個角落都能找到城市歷史痕跡，亦能找到連綿不絕的重建項目，故此新舊並存是這個社區的獨特面貌；不同的社群聚居於此，匯聚眾人的想法和經驗，形成不一樣的社區特色。「如果___點子庫」計劃以油街實現作為意念收集基地，藉著於北角社區發問「如果___」，與大家探討共同議題，鼓勵不同年齡層的公眾共同協作。計劃分類出不同主題，例如「老齡正面價值」、「講老齡」及「死物習作」等，並將新意念梳理及創作成實體化小工具或設計成新體驗，希望實現大家生活中所渴望的改變，以創意的方法與態度面對生活上的各個挑戰，並為社區帶來新想法。

Have you ever encountered any ‘O! What if…?’ moment in your life? What will you do with these thoughts? Hide them deep in your mind? Totally forget about them? Or make them happen? Oi! invites Enable Foundation to sort out 100 selected social innovative ideas out of more than 1,000 ‘O! What if…?’ ideas collected from the public with different age groups including the senior and the young citizens, piling up our wishful moments in our daily lives to launch the ‘O! What if…Ideas Bank’ project.
2022秋季，啟民創社在油街實現藝術空間開展「如果＿＿點子庫」計劃和共創活動。活動先從「社創設計室」計劃蒐集的100個精選共創點子開始，這個由社創基金資助的能力提升計劃於2017-2019年間收集了800多個，來自1,000多位年輕人和400多位老年人的老齡創新意念。「如果＿＿ 點子庫」計劃目的是啟發社區創意和分享故事，同時以一連串的創意對話和行動，結集不同群族（如年齡、性別、新舊、專家與非專家等。）的生活經驗、創意和觀點，「實現」共創民間創造力的可能性。我們期待參加者能夠在日常生活中，靈活運用發問「如果」的創新精神，並以行動回應未來的事情。

Autumn 2022, Enable Foundation transforms Oi! Kitchen and O! Study into O! What if…Ideas Bank and launches a co-creation programme. It starts with sharing 100 co-created ideas collected from Social Innovation Design Lab (SI.DLab I), a capacity building programme funded by SIE Fund . These ideas are handpicked from 800+ ideas co-created by 1,000+ young and 400+ senior citizens during 2017-2019.
O! What if…Ideas Bank aims to inspire new ideas and stories from local communities and further explore plurality of perspectives, such as Male & Female, New & Existing, Experts & Non-experts, etc. Through a series of creative dialogues and community actions, we are going to unfold everyday innovation from different social groups and materialise our collective creativities. We hope our visitors can adopt the “what if” approach to everyday problems and take actions about something that could happen in the future, especially something bad. Let’s be creative & positive for our future selves!
